Classes limited to four people
Personalized attention, better results
Our personalized small group classes are unlike other Pilates group classes. We limit our classes to a maximum of 4 people to focus on each person's unique needs. Individuals receive special attention on alignment, form, strengthening, range of motion, stretching, and breathwork. We teach basic anatomy and get people back in touch with their bodies. Small classes promote a community of wellness and support. We also suggest home program ideas and review health information in class.
You must pre-register via text, email or phone to reserve a spot, Please contact us for specific times for classes -- we are continuing to add classes to our schedule and open up more times for people. Classes are $30 per person for 4 people, $35 per person for 3 people.
Monday: 3:00pm, 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:15am, 9:30am
Thursday: 9:15 am, 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am
Semi-privates are for two people at a time using the Pilates equipment and other auxiliary equipment. Participants are equally matched in ability and/or have similar injuries. Laura will also suggest home program ideas and lifestyle changes.
Sciatica and Back Pain Workshop

This class is for anyone with sciatica, chronic back pain or spinal issues.. Laura will give you a good understanding of what is happening with the back and why it goes into a pain cycle. Laura weaves in movements from Pilates, Feldenkrais, Yoga and basic bodywork to open muscles and bones and relieve tension in the back. Laura will also suggest home program ideas and lifestyle changes. Laura Marquit, Joyful Movement Founder, has worked with clients for 18 years on a daily basis to solve difficult and painful back issues.
