What’s included?

In our Joyful Movement Online Program you will find an extensive video library of over 20 videos of varying themes and content AND you will receive a new video each week. We have created a diverse and unique group of videos to address any ongoing injuries or chronic pain you might be experiencing whether it’s back pain, hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, or different issues related to the spine and movement.

  • As an on-going member, you receive videos as they are hot off the press, along with direct email access to Joyful Movement -get your questions answered or request specific topics to be covered in future videos.

How to Get Started

  • Level 1 Videos

    For Beginners or Injured Participants

    This is the best place to start if you are new to Pilates based movements, or have a chronic or serious injury you are trying to heal through movement.

  • Level 2 Videos

    Intermediate Participants

    You can graduate to Level 2 videos when you have completed the Level 1 Videos and can do all of the Level 1 Videos without making your injury or pain worse.

  • Level 3 Videos

    Advanced Instruction

    When you feel competent at Level 1 and 2 Videos, try you hand at these more advanced videos that require a deeper understanding of the Pilates concepts and an ability to feel and use the deeper muscles of the body.

FAQs

  • You should start to feel better within a few weeks of doing the beginner videos. If you feel worse or symptoms increase, discontinue

  • If you feel mild pain or discomfort that gets better as you do the movements you are on the right track. If pain or discomfort increases, discontinue or go back to the essential pelvic tilts and 2 beginner videos.

  • These movements are based on movements from Pilates, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Physical Therapy and more. We use the Pilates principals or therapeutic movement and injury recovery.

  • We have designed the Joyful Movement Online Program for anyone 75 or younger.
